Ronda Lubin, CPA

Ronda is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) whose three-decade career had been dedicated to a single (and later multi) family office serving several prominent East Coast families. During her career, she has played a pivotal role in establishing a family office and operating it as a business while managing the needs of the firm's multi-generational families. She was responsible for building and overseeing the infrastructure of the firm's investment fund, and handling financial communications with its investors. Ronda’s extensive experience is truly comprehensive across the breadth of family office operations. This expertise has been particularly impactful on the financial management XO provides for the families with whom we work. Ronda earned her bachelor of science in Accounting from Brooklyn College and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
