Leslie B. Kautz, CFA
Senior Advisor
Leslie was a founder of Angeles Investment Advisors in 2001 and of Asset Strategy Consulting in 1991. Leslie currently serves as a senior advisor to the firm, having transitioned in 2019 from previously serving as an Investment Officer, covering all elements of crafting client investment strategy. As a senior advisor Leslie contributes her insights on strategic issues affecting the firm and participates as a non-voting member in the firm’s Investment Committee deliberations. Prior to joining the investment industry, Leslie spent eight years working as a policy analyst in the legislative and executive branches in Washington, D.C. Leslie received her B.A. from Carleton College, and her Master in Public Affairs from Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst® Charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Los Angeles. Leslie is a trustee of The California Endowment and a family foundation, and a former trustee (and current Investment Committee Member) of her alma mater, Carleton College.
